Custom Settings Keeps Resetting

I just noticed that whenever I:

a. Create a new vault; or
b. Open an existed vault [for a long time since last edit]

The settings seemed to be reset from:

1. Appearance (Themes and Font Size); to
2. Core Plugins

It is irritating to manually custom my personal settings over a new vault.

Global vault settings?

Is it possible to have a set of global configuration / plugin settings rather than having to reset everything per vault? Once I have everything set up the way I like it it would be great to have those settings work in every vault.

Conform several vaults to same configuration (plugins, templates, etc.)?

I’ve created several vaults, all with different configurations – plugins, templates, etc. I would like to standardize all the vaults on the same configuration. Problem two, once I’ve done the conformation, I would like to keep these configurations “synchronized”, as it were. Any suggestions?

"Copy settings from existing vault" option

Use case or problem I’ve noticed that users are often confused when creating a new vault that their settings aren’t transferred over from their existing vault. I think a simple fix could be to add an option to the Create Vault modal for copying settings from an existing vault.
