Custom arrangement of tags in sidebar

Use case or problem

I need to rearrange the tags in in the sidebar.

Proposed solution

An option to arrange tags in custom option, as another option to arrange by use or alphabet.
Custom arrangement should be saved even if it is temporarily changed to alphabetic arrangement.

I concur. I use emoji tags to categorize my notes and track statuses. Emojis aren’t sorted the way I want, so I would love to be able to reorder them manually.
