Ctrl+right does not work

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new note
  2. Type “Hello world” in the body of the note
  3. Place the cursor at the beginning of the note (Before ‘H’)
  4. Press ctrl+right

Expected result

Cursor moves to beginning of next word

Actual result

Cursor doesn’t move.

Ctrl+left does skip words to the left, but ctrl+right does nothing. Using ctrl+right to quickly navigate is built into my muscle memory as ctrl+right is common behaviour across all text editors I use, so the fact that it’s broken in Obsidian is a real pain point for me.

Environment

Windows 11

works for me. Post a screen recording of this happening in the sandbox vault.

Thanks for the quick reply, and my apologies - the issue was a clash in hotkeys with the Templater plugin. So this bug report can be closed.
