Sometimes a block gets so unexpectedly rich in contents and therefore so significant during the process of writing that we want it to become an independent node in the graph. This can easily be done through a cut-and-paste and then manually add a backlink, but this can sometimes get you lost among notes. Would be cool if you add it as an optional feature. Thanks!
