Things I have tried
To create a new folder, click this icon in the Files tab:
Right-click on an exiting folder or the empty space in the Files tab:
There’s also a command (cmd/ctrl-p → Files: Create new folder)
For coloring folders, you’ll need a community plugin or css snippet.
