Add an Option for Enter=New Paragraph

Most editors have Enter=New Paragraph as default behaviour. With Shift+Enter= New Line in same Paragraph. This is true in MarkText, Typora, Scrivener, word processors, Focus Writer etc etc. Even Vivaldi’s little note editor.
