Use case or problem
It is easy to create and reference a single line block from another note, however if you want to reference multiple lines in a single block you need to create the reference manually.
Proposed solution
When multiple rows are highlighted, a command can be run that will automatically create a block reference to the selected text. That block reference would then show up in the auto-generated list when referencing from other pages.
