Control/Command click Canvas element title to open in new tab

Use case or problem

The Canvas plugin is so awesome! It is just a little bit of extra work to right click the element title and choose to open in new tab.

Proposed solution

It would be nice to be able to simply Control/Command click Canvas element title to open in new tab.

It would also be great if you could have it open in a new pane - be it by a default setting or something like Ctrl+Shift+Click

Likewise, an action for opening it in the same tab would be great.
