Consult on the issue of licenses

Tell me the optimal solution in my case.
Me and another employee of the same organization use basic obsidian.
We want to get the maximum benefit from the application.
Continue to use obsidian locally, but with synchronization on all devices (desktop, telephone) and with the possibility of shared folder.

You each need a commercial license. That doesn’t add any features, it just allows you to use Obsidian in a commercial setting.

For synchronization, the official Obsidian Sync subscription is quite good but there are other options. The commercial license doesn’t affect what you can use for sync (but of course check that your employer is comfortable with whatever solution you use). Meta Post - Syncing between Devices

If we all do this, then how can we share folders?
