Consistent "note context menu" in all features

Right now, there is this context menu available when you right-click on a note in File Explorer:

And a different menu from the note “three-dots” button:

There are two primary requests here:

  1. Combine the two menus to have the same options.
  2. Make this menu available anywhere a note is presented:
    • Search results
    • Graph node
    • Backlinks

And a side comment is that this primary note context menu could be part of the plugin API as requested here:

It’s not considered as a bug, so a feature request it is:

I see no reason for the right-click menu to be disabled for notes in the search panel: when we find the note we’re looking for it should be expected that we might want to open it in default app or show it in folder etc., no?
