It uses a neutral background and has a color-scheme system inspired by the feeling of IDEs, it can change properties, tags, headings, bases and more.
Currently it has 5 color-schemes available, they work using the “Style Settings” plugin, which allows further customization of the the Cosmical theme.
It’s published as a community theme, available in: Settings > Appearance > Themes and search for “Cosmical”.
