Steps to reproduce Go to Settings → Community Plugins → Browse Notice that the page won’t load, giving “Failed to load community plugins” error. If it loads, when clicking it might give the error “Failed to load plugin manifest”. This has been reported to happen to many LATAM users of Obsidian.
