  • Release 0.2.9 exists with an exact tag (no v prefix), is public, not draft or prerelease, and contains main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css.
  • Both the root manifest and release asset manifest use ID expandable-folder-bookmarks and version 0.2.9.

This seems to match the repository-link issue discussed in Cannot link GitHub Organization repo and update plugin repo after org rename, where staff noted that updating a linked repository is currently a manual process.
