I just find it a little unnatural that opening the CSS editor is not an assignable hotkey command, can’t be done by searching the command palette for CSS, and can’t be found in the menubar. I rarely use it, so when I forget the multi-modifier keyboard shortcut that opens it, I have to Google it to find it. Not the end of the world, of course.
