Command Line Access analog VS Code

As Obsidion is supposed to be a tool very close to the filesystem I would enjoy being able to use the command line for interacting with files (moving, creating folders, deleting etc.). Moreover as it was stated that users of obsidian might prefer to keep backups on their own server, github, or wherever a quick deploy via command line might be preferable.

I can imagine it in the same way VS Code does it (heres a link to the doc https://vscode.readthedocs.io/en/latest/editor/integrated-terminal/). There you can open the terminal via shortcut and quickly navigate or interact with the filesystem or whatever tools you please. Im just not sure if giving people the freedom to access the filesystem via commmand line might get them into troubles which obsidian cant handle (renaming files, etc.)
