Steps to reproduce

  1. Collapse the left sidebar
  2. Force Reload

Expected result

The left sidebar stays collapsed

Actual result

The left sidebar is expanded

Environment

  • Operating system: macOS 11.6
  • Obsidian version: 0.12.17

Additional information

This just started happening so I assume it is connected to the 0.12.17 update. Reproducible with Safe Mode, default template and all CSS snippets disabled. I don’t use the left sidebar so it’s empty.

I can confirm this is due to the 0.12.17 update now. Also, notice the state of the button (icon and tooltip). It says ‘Expand’ but the sidebar is already expanded.
