"Collapse all" button act like "Expand all" when folders are unfolded manually

Same here. it’s especially bad because it opens my attachment folder with 2750 files in it, so it freezes my entire computer

Please bump the priority on solving this one. I really have no need to expand every single folder in my vault and the performance hit is very visible in large vaults.
