Code blocks not pasted as code blocks

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit the website: AWS re:Inforce IAM433 - IAM Policy Evaluation - Ermetic.
  2. Select any part of the article with code blocks and copy it to clipboard
  3. Paste the clipboard to a new Obsidian page.

Expected result

Having the pasted code block appear in the note as a code block (enclosed with triple “`”) in Markdown format.

Actual result

Having the pasted code block appear in the note as normal text in Markdown format.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Community plugins: for bugs, please first try updating all your plugins to latest. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the Sandbox Vault or disable community plugins.

Plugins had been updated. Also tested in Sandbox as well. Same problem.

not a bug. we have no ideas you are pasting code.

I thought people would copy/paste snippets from websites to Obsidian as notes? And many sites have code blocks. I am doing it all the time and usually it works just fine but not for that website.
As an example, I can copy/paste from this site: What is a Quantum Ledger Database? | tecRacer Amazon AWS Blog. If it is not a bug, perhaps it should be flagged as a feature request?
