CMD+A In title bar doesn't work

When editing the title of an entry you cannot use CMD+A to select all.

I’ve seen a bunch of reports for this already - for some reason I can’t reproduce this myself.

Anyone figure out a pattern yet?

I found out why. It’s only happening on MacOS. Will fix in next release.
