Cluster notes in graph view

Adding to the ideas of color-coding, filtering and searching the graph view as well as fixing a set of notes as the timeline – all of which features I would very much appreciate – I would like to suggest an option to cluster notes in the graph view, e.g. according to the folder they are contained in. This way, notes tied to a certain concept would appear close to each other in the graph, and separate from other concepts.

This would make the graph view way clearer and more useful. Afterall, a brain is also structured by functional areas

My folders are organized according to topic. It would be helpful if there was an option in graph view to display the notes based on the folders where they belong. This would make it easier to see the connections between the different topics.
