Closing bottom anchored backlinks pane hides it completely

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Drag the Backlinks pane to the bottom of an editor pane.
  2. Click the X to close the Backlinks.
  3. See the Backlinks pane disappear from the bottom half of the mainn view.
  4. Open up the right sidebar.

Alternate Steps to Reproduce

  1. Drag the Backlinks pane to the bottom of an editor pane.
  2. Click on the editor pane to focus it.
  3. Hit the keyboard shortcut to ‘Close all other panes’ (e.g. Alt+Shift+S).
  4. See the Backlinks pane disappear from the bottom half of the mainn view.
  5. Open up the right sidebar.

Expected Result: Backlinks pane reappears in its default position in the right sidebar.
