I had the same issue on my vault @hlslaughter. I fixed it by removing all of the config files from the vault inside .obsidian/ and letting obsidian regenerate the files; I moved the directory to be on the safe side. I cannot verify on my machine, but the error may be related to the toggle Appearance > Native menus. Try turning it off.
I think I finally figured out the cause for this bug. I have a fix queued to be released with Obsidian 1.13.2.
