clicking on a particular file makes everything go black

clicking on the file in the navigator or from any anywhere else.

Can you open that file with another Markdown or code editor? If you can get it open in another app, what’s the content? Anything strange looking?
If it’s nothing personal, you could paste it (or part of it) in here in a code block. Maybe someone can spot something.
