There used to be a clickable icon on the top right corner of each transclusion, incl. those that are linked to headers. Please put them back.

Instead of the regular links [[]] use ![[]] instead. This embeds the entire file. You can also use ![[file#header]] to only include a heading block instead.

Note you have a typo. Including a subsection is similar to transclusion, so ![[file#header]].
