Char "&" don't accept by tags

Steps to reproduce

1 make a note
2 add frontmatter and inset tag
3 try to insert a tag like Coffee&Tea

or

1 make a note
2 insert in text #Coffe&Tea

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? Y

Expected result

First case:
that a tag containing ‘&’ is accepted

Second case:
that the entire word is accepted as a tag

Actual result

First case:
reports a syntax error

Second case:
only the part before ‘&’ is recognised as a tag
