First of all, I want to express my appreciation for this amazing product. I’ve been using Obsidian for a while now and it has been a game changer for my note-taking process.
I’m having trouble with the way images are pasted in Obsidian. Currently, the only options seem to be either pasting the image in the main folder or selecting a specific folder to be the attachment folder. However, I have notes for many unrelated subjects and I don’t like to put images on the same folder.
What I would like to achieve is to create the image on the same folder as the document I’m pasting the image in. Is there any way to achieve this behavior? I would appreciate any help or suggestions on how to make this work.
