Canvas Read-Only mode doesn't lock the card or media add toolbar

In Canvas, when the “Read-Only” is on, still allows to click on the buttons of Card, Note or Media creation.

Expectation: disabling this commands or hiding the toolbar entirely when the Canvas in “Read-Only” mode.
