Canvas link text doesn't support markdown

Steps to reproduce

Create a link between two cards in a canvas

Double click the link to edit the link text

Try writing a markdown link

Expected result

I would expect this field to support markdown. This is useful because sometimes the relationships between objects are complex enough that I want to link a note that describes them.

My particular application is that I’m trying to make a canvas with all of my bank / brokerage accounts as nodes, where the arrow text is a link to a note describing the cheapest way to move money between them.

Actual result

It just displays the markdown as plain text:

8440

I think the connection text labels are just plain text for now.
