Canvas card movement, linking, etc. is not covered in documentation

Repro steps

1. From Obsidian Mobile, open help (e.g. via command palette)
2. Look for Canvas help
3. Look for sections such as “Arrange cards” or “Connect two cards”

Actual Results
There is no mention whatsoever of the otherwise undiscoverable gestures required to perform these operations on Canvas using Mobile.

Expected Results
All supported platforms have relevant guidance for all Canvas operations.

Notes
It’s not fun to realize that I have to web search into random forums to figure out how a basic function works.
