Can't use hotkeys in Russian layout

What I’m trying to do

With Russian layout I use ^N(ctrl+N) and ^P(ctrl+P) shortcuts to move cursor down/up within command palette on MacOS Sonoma(14.3.1). Currently I’m facing issues in this behaviour because there’s no response from obsidian on pressing those buttons. If I switch keyboard to English everything works properly. Within the operating system such shortcuts are used as alternative navigation buttons(alternative for arrow keys), they work flawless as well.

Things I have tried

  1. Searching the problem on that forum
  2. Using Karabiner
  3. Updating Obsidian to actual version
  4. Resetting shortcuts

Expected Behavior

With pressing ^N or ^P in Russian layout command palette works similar as English keyboard layout
