Can't properly drag and drop ribbon icons if you hide one or more of them

Hi, there is a bug with the ribbon icon menu. If I use drag and drop I can reorder the icons with no problem. However, if I hide one or more of the ribbon icons, and try to drag and drop icons in the ribbon to reorder them it doesn’t work properly. You can see both behaviors in the following gif.

I am using obsidian 1.6.3 sandbox and windows 11
