Can't place bookmarks at the end of a group, or add in order via drag-drop

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a bookmark group and put one or more entries in it
2. Try to drag a bookmark (or link) to the last position in the group, either by dropping it on the group item itself, or at the end of the group

Expected result

There should be some drop location that allows you to add bookmarks in order, or directly position one at the end of the list.

Actual result

The bookmark ends up in the root (if dropped at the end) or at the top of the group (if dropped on the group). Thus, there is no way to drag items to a group in the order you wish them to be listed.
