Can't open Obsidian.app on two user accounts simultaneously

Steps to reproduce

Try to open Obsidian on two user accounts simultaneously.

Expected result

Obsidian opens.

Actual result

Error message: “You can’t open the application
“Obsidian.app” because
someone else is using it.”

Environment

  • Operating system: macOS 12.3.1
  • Debug info:
    SYSTEM INFO:
    Obsidian version: v0.14.6
    Installer version: v0.14.6
    Operating system: Darwin Kernel Version 21.4.0: Fri Mar 18 00:46:32 PDT 2022; root:xnu-8020.101.4~15/RELEASE_ARM64_T6000 21.4.0

Additional information

Bug has been fixed previously but was reintroduced with one of the last updates.
