Can't move folders with a shared name into each other

Steps to reproduce

Make two folders, it can be “Name, Name Project” and they can’t be moved into each other either by dragging or by menu navigation. This also works in the scenario of "Folder “T” can’t be moved into folder “Test”.

Expected result

The folder goes into the folder allowing you to move folder and contents to reorganize freely without interrupt.

Actual result

When dragging you’ll just get a :no_entry_sign: symbol and when using menu navigation just nothing happens, there’s no errors thrown either.

Confirmed on iOS that I can’t move “Test” into “Test stuff” by dragging or “Move folder to”. But I can move “Test stuff” into “Test” either way.
