When I turn on the “Outline” plugin, I cannot use “Numbers” as bullet points.
But if I turn off the “Outline” plugin, I can use “Number” as bullet points.
How can I solve this issue?
I would recommend to reach out to the Outline plugin author. It could be a bug on the plugin.

Do mean the Outline core plugin, or the Outliner community plugin?
Either way, try the debugging steps as suggested in the post template you deleted.
The community plugin. I tried every debugging step. nothing worked.
I had a look for issues and see you’ve already posted on the Outliner GitHub issues page. Probably the best thing you can do at the moment.
Hopefully they can get back to you with an answer soon.
