My lience is Catalyst. When I want to be able to use the updates - in catalyst mode, under the General Tab - and under the APP tab, I don’t see the Eneble Early accèss version.
Sign into your account in Settings > General → enable Receive early access versions → click Check for updates. That should do it.
I did that, but I don’t see the Web Browser as a Core Plugin. How come ?

Are you checking on mobile or desktop? Web Viewer is only available on desktop Obsidian.
