Cannot turn on community plugins

What I’m trying to do

<I have tried to turn on the Community Plugins both on PC and phone (they are sync-ed).–>

Things I have tried

< I keep click-ing “Turn On”, it takes me to another page where I click “Turn On community plugins” and then it reverts me to the page where I initially clicked “Turn on”. There is no other message displayed or anyhing. Any suggestion as to why this might be?>

When you click “Turn on and reload” you are turning on “Restricted mode”, which disables community plugins.
Read the message that is on the left of the button.
