Cannot resubmit theme after archiving: "An entry already exists for this repository"

I accidentally archived the automatically created community theme entry for this repository:

Now when I try to submit the theme again through community.obsidian.md, I get:

“An entry already exists for this repository.”

The theme is not listed in community-css-themes.json yet:
