Cannot open file using URL scheme in iPad version of Obsidian

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a file “Test file” in root directory of Personal vault
2. Copy file URL using Obsidian share menu
   obsidian://open?vault=Personal&file=Test%20file
3. Paste URL into Safari
4. First attempt sometimes works; after that, fails every time

Should be able to open a file using the Obsidian URL scheme.

Actual result

File fails to open; page displayed is “No file is open”

Daily notes plugin has been disabled
