Cannot login into my mobile sync [bug]

am trying to log into my sync profile on Mobile and I repeatedly get a

Log in failed, please double check your email and password.

This would be a pretty straight forward error, except that I am using the exact same password and email to log into my account online here (both the forum and my obsidian account). I have triple and quadruple checked that they are the same password and I still get the error. I have also reset the password twice to no avail.

I copied this question out of the forum because I have the excact same problem. However I tried the possible solutions and I’m still not able to login

Would anyone know anything about this or have a support line that I could contact?
