Can’t stop Alt-Up&Down Arrows from swapping current paragraph up/down

Just installed latest Obsidian on iPad Pro (2018, 14.8.1).

Things I have tried

  • Installed macOS Keyboard Navigation plugin. Alt-shift-up/down arrow does select from cursor position to top/bottom of paragraph. But alt-up/down swaps paragraph up/down one line.
  • Deleted hotkeys for Swap line up & Swap line down. No effect on problem.
  • Assigned ctrl-alt-cmd-shift-up/down hotkeys (i.e. key combos I’ll never press) for Swap line up & Swap line down. No effect on problem.
  • Disabled Legacy emacs key bindings for macOS just to see if it would have any effect. It didn’t either way (enabled or disabled).

What I’m trying to do

I want alt-up & alt-down arrow to navigate to, respectively, top/bottom of current paragraph (i.e. standard MacOS behavior).
