Can not open additional vault after zooming

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any vault.
2. Zoom in a few notches (command =)
3. Forget about that zooming
4. Try to open another vault.

Expected result

Well, I open the other vault and continue on.

But really - the Vault opening dialog (and any other dialog that has a fixed layout) should ignore zoom settings.

Actual result

Because of the zooming, the buttons on the right hand side are no longer visible.
The Vault Opening dialog has no window resizing grabs and no pane scrollbars.
I figured something is broken and had to X my vault to be able to access the buttons - not obvious.
Then I realized it was a zoom setting. Also not obvious, and it’s necessary to remember the command - shortcut to zoom out to open a file.

• Operating system: 11.0.1
• Obsidian version: 0.9.20

I’ve actually seen this happening both in Linux and Mac as well, where like shown in your screenshot the right half of the menu is cut off. making it hard to click the buttons.

usually if I zoom out a bit I get to have access to click on the but yeah this is still an issue
