I am not able to download obsidian on my work computer, but I would like to add to my vault. Can I access it on the internet?
No that is not possible. Your alternative, if your workplace doesn’t restrict USB Sticks, is to use one with a portable Obsidian version made by community member @AlanG.
Or simply use a phone or tablet.

I’d recommend against doing personal stuff on a work computer, especially since you probably have a personal computer in your pocket.

Unfortunately, what I want is to use it for a work project.
Talk to your IT department, maybe there is a possibility.
FYI, if you use Obsidian for your work you may have to buy a Commercial License
