Can I rename a current file when a Templater is triggered?

What I’m trying to do

I would appreciate some advice how to rename the current file note when I am triggering Templater.

  1. I am creating a new note, a human, placing his name (first-name last-name) in the title.
  2. I am clicking Templater and select my Human template
  3. Templater copies new human’s first name, last name into the YAML properties, - super convenient
  4. Can I now rename the current note? Insiert emoticon or a custom field that tells me that this note is a human - into the title?
    E.g.
  5. New note, John Smith.
  6. Triggering templater and it automatically inserts the name into properties.
  7. I wish it now renamed the file from “John Smith” to “& John Smith”.

…
or if I am inserting a quote… I wish to insert the "qt " in the beginning of the file name, so that I get “qt John Smith said life is beautiful” instead of “John Smith said life is beautiful”

Searched for help, haven’t found this - would really appreciate an advice!
