Callouts use different heading reference sign

Steps to reproduce

Reference an internal note with a heading like this:

[[Plugins make Obsidian special for you#Modular core plugins]]

Expected result

Heading sign to be same for callouts and general text
Either:

  • General text: Plugins make Obsidian special for you#Modular core plugins
  • Callout: Plugins make Obsidian special for you#Modular core plugins

OR:

  • General text: Plugins make Obsidian special for you > Modular core plugins
  • Callout: Plugins make Obsidian special for you > Modular core plugins

Actual result

General text: Plugins make Obsidian special for you#Modular core plugins
Callout: Plugins make Obsidian special for you > Modular core plugins
