Callout icon rendered awkwardly when title uses markdown heading

Paste this markdown in Sandbox vault

Expected result

Callout icon should properly align with the heading

Actual result

Callout icon is rendered awkwardly to the top of the line, like so:

Happens for from H1 all the way down to H6

I think it should centre to the middle of the line instead of… floating like this.
