Bug with media selector in canvas

Steps to reproduce

On the left, create a new canvas, press the media button on the new canvas (3rd button on the bottom dock thing), every key you type or delete will cause a new line to be appended. Assuming you have no media available in your vault at all.

Yes

Expected result

Just the line that is added, with all previous lines being removed

Actual result

A new line is added for each character pressed or deleted
