Steps to reproduce

  1. In a numbered list
  2. Delete one item (dd)
  3. (Optionally) Move on the list
  4. Paste it (p)

Expected result

Only the item I deleted gets pasted

Actual result

The item I deleted and more incorrect content gets pasted

I’ve been fighting this for about a month and kept blaming my community plugins the whole time. Finally got fed up and decided to check whether it was Obsidian or just me - tested in the sandbox vault, and sure enough, it’s Obsidian. Went to the forum to file a report and found this posted literally an hour ago. Thanks :slight_smile:

Same on Linux (Ubuntu 24.04), Obsidian 1.13.7, sandbox vault, restricted mode on.

When did this start happening? In 1.13.x or before?

Thanks! I tracked this bug down. Fixed for Obsidian 1.14.1.
