[Bug] Slider bars are too sensitive to touch in Settings

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enter a vault.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. When scrolling through the menu, have a finger touched on slider bar options (Font size in Appearances, Tab size in Editor, etc.)

Expected result

Nothing happens and the setting is not changed.

Actual result

The slider responded to the touch and changes value.

Environment

  • Operating system: Android 10
  • Obsidian version: Mobile v1.0.4

Additional information

This happens when navigating through the menu (swiping), not intentionally changing the setting (touching).
