[Bug] [iOS] Right side toolbar icon is not visible

The toolbar icon for edit and more options are not visible on iPhone. When click on the location where the icons are supposed to be, the menu can still be triggered.

iOS: 14.5 on iPhone 12 Pro Max

Turned out the missing icon was due to the ”focus” mode setting in Minimal theme, disabled in the plugin and fixed the problem!
